- Managing a team that work along side marketing and sales teams to identify quality leads for the inbound sales teams
- Training, mentoring and mentoring a talented team of SDRs
- Establishing KPI's and helping your team achieve them
- Setting example with quality campaign creation
- Solid sales management experience in targeted sales environments such as SaaS sales, recruitment, media sales, estate agency, delegate or events sales
- Experience using SalesForce
- Polished phone manner
- Work hard play hard ethic
