Perkbox is an online platform designed to provide employees with hundreds of benefits to make

country and therefore, we’re looking to expand our Customer Relationship Team to push our success
to the next level!
The role of the Customer Relationship Manager will be to support the Account Managers in
maintaining strong relationships with their accounts. Dealing with transactional tasks to increase
The Account Management team are young, passionate and ambitious people who are
always up for a laugh. We really care about providing great perks to businesses across the country
and make sure they have a good time doing it!
Onboarding new customers
Working with the Account Manager to help launch accounts
Sending usage stats and reports to accounts
Educating customers about the Perkbox platform
Attending client meetings with the Account Manager
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
Very strong organisational skills
The ability to prioritize key responsibilities
An adaptable approach to work
Strong IT skills
We want to find someone who is interested in driving employee wellbeing and has a passion for
achieving success. You should be conscientious, helping our customers make the most of Perkbox
with the ability to learn quickly and approach everything with a positive attitude. You certainly won’t
